Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments work for Art Xcellence subscription plans and related paid services.

By purchasing a plan, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

Art Xcellence may offer a free trial that includes a limited number of assessments without requiring payment card details. Free trial access is subject to plan availability and fair-use limits. No refund applies to free trial services because no payment is collected during the trial period.

2. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next billing date. If you cancel a monthly plan, you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid period. Fees already charged for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved by Art Xcellence.

3. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a twelve-month period. Annual plans include a 30-day refund guarantee from the date of first purchase, provided that:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the initial payment
  • The account has not substantially consumed paid assessment entitlements beyond the free trial allowance
  • The request is submitted through our official support channels

After the 30-day guarantee period, annual plan fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. Plan upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher plan during an active subscription, we will apply a fair pro-rata adjustment based on the unused portion of your current plan and the price difference for the upgraded plan. Downgrades, if permitted, take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at the time of change.

5. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partially used billing periods after the applicable refund window
  • Failure to use included assessments within the subscription term
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Issues caused by incorrect contact details, device limitations, or third-party messaging platform outages outside our control

6. Assessment and service quality

If you believe an assessment report was materially affected by a platform error or review process failure, contact us within 7 days of report delivery. We will review the case and may offer a re-assessment, service credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

7. Payment disputes

If you notice an incorrect charge, contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will investigate billing errors promptly and issue corrections or refunds where appropriate.

8. Cancellation process

To cancel a subscription or request a refund, contact us at art@artxcellence.in or 90213 17877 with your registered mobile number, email address, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction unless a newer policy is more favourable to you under applicable law.
